Apple Brown Betty Smoothie

Makes 1 serving, 6 ounces of milk per serving.

Ingredients
3/4 cup
 
fat free or lowfat milk
2 tablespoons
 
plain lowfat yogurt
1/3 cup
 
apple sauce
1/2 teaspoon
 
cinnamon
1 tablespoon
 
caramel topping
1 tablespoon
 
lowfat whipped topping (optional)
1 teaspoon
 
sugar cookie crumbs (optional)

Directions
Combine milk, yogurt, applesauce, cinnamon and caramel topping in a blender; blend until very smooth. Top with whipped topping and a few cookie crumbs if desired.
